Section 52.45 - Religious Organization Applicants(a) The provisions in this section are based on Code of Federal Regulations, Title 45, Part 87.(b) An applicant that is a religious organization is eligible to become a contractor on the same basis as any other applicant.(c) HHSC does not discriminate against an applicant based on the applicant's religious character or affiliation, in approving or denying an applicant's application.26 Tex.
