Section 52.27 - Provisional Contract(a) To obtain a contract for a service or program for which a person does not have a contract, or a contract in a service or catchment area in which the person does not have a contract, the person must apply for a provisional contract in accordance with § 49.203 of this subchapter (relating to Provisional Contract Application Process) and § 49.204 of this subchapter (relating to Additional Provisional Contract Application Requirements).(b) HHSC may require that a contract be limited to a single facility or single service or catchment area.26 Tex.
