Section 511.116 - Complaint Against an HHSC Representative(a) A limited services rural hospital (LSRH) may register a complaint against a Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) representative who conducts an inspection or investigation under this subchapter by contacting the HHSC Health Facility Compliance Regional Director for the region in which the LSRH is located.(b) HHSC shall register all complaints against an HHSC representative with HHSC leadership.26 Tex.
