Section 356.2008 - Access to Services for People with Limited English Proficiency A center must:
(1) serve people with limited English proficiency and take reasonable steps to ensure meaningful access to the program; and(2) develop, maintain, and comply with written policies and procedures for the access and delivery of services to people with limited English proficiency.26 Tex.
