Section 356.1318 - Release of Program Participant Information(a) A contractor may release information, orally or in writing, only if the contractor first obtains a written release of information from the program participant.(b) Regardless of whether a written release of information from a program participant is obtained, the contractor must release information in order to comply with the applicable state laws to report abuse or suspected abuse of: (3) people with disabilities.26 Tex.
