Section 356.1315 - Information in Program Participant Files If a special nonresidential project provides direct services, a contractor must limit the information kept in a program participant's files to information necessary for:
(1) statistical and funding purposes;(2) establishing goals for intervention and advocacy;(3) documenting the need for and delivery of services; and(4) protecting the liability of the contractor and its employees, volunteers, and board members.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 356.1315
