Section 356.1201 - Facility Requirements for the Special Nonresidential ProjectThe contractor's facilities must:
(1) have access to a private meeting area and includes adequate safe space for children;(2) a first-aid kit in each facility that is accessible to employees and volunteers;(3) clearly marked exits; and(4) basic furnishings that are clean and in good repair.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 356.1201
