Section 356.803 - Confidentiality Each board member must:
(1) know and comply with the Health and Human Services Commission's rules and the contractor's policies related to confidentiality; and(2) if the project provides direct services, provide written assurance to the contractor that the board member will not use the position to obtain or access confidential program participant information.26 Tex.
