Section 260.257 - Individual's Access to Personal FundsWhen an individual whose personal funds are maintained in a trust fund account requests disbursement of a portion or all of the personal funds, a program provider must:
(1) determine if the individual has a sufficient amount of personal funds on deposit in the trust fund account to cover the requested disbursement;(2) if the individual has a sufficient amount of personal funds on deposit in the trust fund account, provide the individual with requested funds within 72 hours after receiving the request; and(3) if the individual does not have a sufficient amount of personal funds on deposit in the trust fund account, notify the individual, in writing, that the individual does not have sufficient personal funds in the trust fund.26 Tex.
