Section 1001.2 - Applicability of Texas Open Meetings Law

The committee is subject to the requirements of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-17, except as modified by § 1001.3(a) of this title (relating to Notice of Meetings).
