Section 414.564 - Distribution(a) This subchapter shall be distributed to: (1) members of the Texas MHMR Board;(2) investigatory agencies;(3) executive, management, and program staff of Central Office;(4) administrators of all local authorities and community centers; and(5) advocacy organizations.(b) Each administrator is responsible for disseminating copies of this subchapter to: (1) employees and agents;(3) any person served or other individual desiring a copy.(c) Each contractor CEO is responsible for disseminating copies of this subchapter to all employees and agents.25 Tex.
