Section 199.6 - Enhanced Contract or Performance Monitoring(a) A contract for the purchase of goods or services that has a value exceeding $1 million shall be considered to be a contract requiring enhanced monitoring pursuant to Texas Government Code, § 2261.253. (b) The board shall be informed and provided information about such contract. (c) The agency's procurement manager or staff shall immediately inform the Executive Director and the board should any serious risk or issue arises, during the contract term, with respect to a contract monitored under this section.22 Tex.
