Section 188.10 - Code of Ethics(a) The rules in this chapter shall constitute a code of ethics as authorized by the Act, §603.151.(b) Perfusionists are obligated to maintain ethical and professional responsibilities and shall be expected to conform to all state and federal laws, rules, ethical and professional standards, including those set forth in Chapter 603 of the Act and this title.22 Tex.
