Section 186.13 - Identification Requirements(a) A respiratory care practitioner certified by the advisory board shall keep the respiratory care practitioner's Texas certificate available for inspection at the respiratory care practitioner's primary place of business and shall, when engaged in professional activities, wear a name tag identifying the respiratory care practitioner as a respiratory care practitioner.(b) A respiratory care practitioner holding a temporary permit issued under § 186.7 of this chapter (relating to Temporary Permits) shall hold themselves out as a temporary respiratory care practitioner or TRCP.22 Tex.
