Section 157.32 - Negotiated Settlement(a) The Board staff and the respondent or applicant may enter into a settlement agreement following negotiations at any time without first engaging in an investigative conference.(b) Negotiations may be conducted in person, by telephone, video conference, or through any form of written communication, including email.22 Tex.
