Section 781.313 - Corporations and Business Names(a) An independent clinical practice or an independent non-clinical practice by a social worker may be incorporated in accordance with the Professional Corporation Act, or other applicable law. (b) When a licensee uses an assumed name in any social work practice, the social worker's name must be listed in conjunction with the assumed name. An assumed name or credential that the social worker uses shall not be false, deceptive, or misleading.22 Tex. Admin. Code § 781.313
