Section 681.46 - Licensees and the Council(a) Licensees are bound by the provisions of the Act and this chapter as well as the Council's rules and statutes. (b) A licensee has the responsibility of reporting alleged violations of the Act or this chapter to the Council.22 Tex. Admin. Code § 681.46
