Section 534.5 - Bid Opening and Tabulation

To comply with Texas Government Code, § 2156.005(d), the Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in 34 TAC § 20.207(relating to Competitive Sealed Bidding).
