Section 100.1161 - Public Records Maintained by Management Company; Contract Provision(a) Maintenance of records. A management company that provides, or did provide, any management services to a charter holder or charter school shall maintain, as required by § 100.1203 of this title (relating to Records Management), all records related to its management services separately from any other records of the management company.(b) Contract provision. Any contract, including a contract renewal, between a charter holder or charter school and a management company for management services to the charter school must contain a contract provision expressly requiring the management company to comply with subsection (a) of this section.19 Tex.
