Section 26.201 - Authority and Specific Purposes of the Finance Programs of Study Advisory Committee(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, § 61.8235.(b) Purpose. The Finance Programs of Study Advisory Committee is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with guidance regarding the programs of study curricula specific to this career cluster.19 Tex.
