Section 14.13 - Evaluation Criteria(a) Proposals for the research program shall be evaluated on the basis of merit and soundness of the proposal, capability of the investigator, student involvement and research training opportunities, and adequacy of institutional commitment and resources.(b) The Coordinating Board and the Advisory Committee may delete or add any relevant criteria for evaluating the proposals for the research program.19 Tex.
