Section 13.47 - Format for Higher Education Fund (HEF) Budget

The HEF budget shall:

(1) include all projects approved for funding with HEF bonds by component institution,

(2) include all debt service payments on HEF-backed bonds by component institution, and

(3) include all capital equipment and library books to be purchased during the fiscal year with HEF funds.
