Section 321.21 - Certain Wagers Prohibited(a) Except as otherwise provided by Section 2027.002 of the Act, an [An] association may not accept a wager made by mail, by telephone, or by internet. A data communications link for common pooling purposes is not considered a wager for purposes of this section.(b) An association may not accept a wager made on credit.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 321.21
