Section 311.7 - Renewal of Licenses(a) Application. To renew an occupational license issued under this chapter, a licensee must: (1) apply to the Commission on a form prescribed by the executive secretary; and(2) pay the appropriate license fee.(b) Terms of License. A license renewed under this subchapter has the same terms and is subject to the same conditions as the original license.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 311.7
