Section 309.304 - Watering Equipment

(a) An association shall provide a watering system approved by the executive secretary to water the track surface uniformly.

(b) If an association uses a water tank vehicle with a boom, the track must be sufficiently wide to allow the vehicle to travel along the outside edge of the track without disturbing the portion of the track on which the greyhounds run.
