An association shall provide and maintain a breathalyzer of a type approved by the executive secretary for use by law enforcement personnel. The breathalyzer shall be calibrated on a regular basis to ensure the integrity of the tests being conducted. A report of each calibration shall be recorded in a calibration log maintained by the association.
