Section 98.116 - Curriculum Standards-Instructor Training CourseThe curriculum for an instructor training course must:
(1) prepare an individual to competently teach all components of an entry-level course approved by the department;(2) have an evaluation process to ensure the individual can competently teach all components of the entry-level course; and(3) be consistent with this chapter and Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 662.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 98.116
