Section 97.24 - Certificate of Registration(a) A current certificate of registration must be visibly displayed in an area that is accessible to the public.(b) If an original or copy certificate is not legible or available to a consumer, it must be replaced within 30 days of the date the owner or operator discovers the condition.16 Tex.
