Section 65.100 - Board of Boiler Rules - Purpose(a) The purpose of the Board of Boiler Rules is to advise the commission in the adoption of definitions and rules relating to the safe construction, installation, inspection, operating limits, alteration, and repair of boilers and appurtenances.(b) Recommendations of the board will be transmitted to the commission by the executive director.16 Tex.
