Section 65.82 - Defective Conditions Disclosed at Time of External Inspection(a) If there is evidence of a leak or crack, the covering of the boiler shall be removed to satisfy the inspector as to the safety of the boiler.(b) If the covering cannot be removed at that time, an inspector may order the operation of the boiler discontinued, until such time as the covering can be removed and proper examination made.16 Tex.
