Section 60.500 - Military Subchapter

This subchapter implements the provisions related to military service members, military veterans, and military spouses under Texas Occupations Code, Chapters 51 and 55 and other statutes applicable to specific programs regulated by the commission and the department, and the license portability provisions of the federal Service members' Civil Relief Act found at 50 U.S.C. § 4025a.
