Section 55.78 - Confidentiality of Mediation and Final Settlement Agreement(a) A mediation conducted under this division is confidential in accordance with Texas Government Code, § RSA 2009.054 and Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code § RSA 154.053 and § RSA 154.073.(b) The confidentiality of a final settlement agreement, to which the Department is a signatory that is reached as a result of the mediation is governed by the Public Information Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 552.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 55.78
