Section 120.69 - Meetings(a) The advisory committee shall meet at the call of the presiding officer of the commission or the executive director.(b) A quorum of the advisory committee is necessary to conduct official business. A quorum is three members.(c) Advisory committee action shall require a majority vote of those members present and voting.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 120.69
