Section 120.22 - Dyslexia Practitioner Licensing Requirements(a) A person who holds current certification as an academic language practitioner issued by the Academic Language Therapy Association or its equivalent, as approved by the department, may be licensed as a dyslexia practitioner if the person has earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited public or private institution of higher education.(b) A person who qualifies for licensure under subsection (a) is not required to provide documentation to the department that the person meets the requirements of Occupations Code § RSA 403.104, Eligibility for Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner License.(c) A licensed dyslexia practitioner may practice only in an educational setting, including a school, learning center, or clinic.16 Tex.
