Section 100.11 - Applicability(a) This subchapter applies to programs administered by the department under the following chapters of Title 3, Occupations Code: (1) Chapter 203 (Midwives);(2) Chapter 401 (Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists);(3) Chapter 402 (Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers);(4) Chapter 451 (Athletic Trainers);(5) Chapter 506 (Behavior Analysts);(6) Chapter 605 (Orthotists and Prosthetists); and(7) Chapter 701 (Dietitians).(b) The provisions of this subchapter are in addition to all other provisions of law or commission rules that apply to the programs in subsection (a).16 Tex.
