Section 45.6 - Revocation of Registration

The commission may revoke product registration at any time if the registration was granted in error; if the commission receives new information supporting a denial under § RSA 45.5 of this title; or if the registration was issued subject to conditions and the conditions were not satisfied by the deadline.
