Section 45.10 - Application Fee(a) The fee for an application for registration under this chapter is $25 and shall be paid at the time the application is filed. (b) An applicant for product registration under this chapter is not entitled to a refund of the application fee for any reason.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 45.10
