Section 45.1 - Statutory Authority and Applicability(a) This chapter implements Alcoholic Beverage Code §§ RSA 101.67 and RSA 101.671, which provide for the registration of alcoholic beverage products with the state, and Chapter 108, Advertising.(b) This chapter does not apply to: (1) distilled spirits for export or for industrial use;(2) wine produced pursuant to § RSA 109.21, Alcoholic Beverage Code;(3) wine that is to be exported in bond;(4) malt beverages in bond; or(5) malt beverages manufactured for sale exclusively outside this state.16 Tex.
