Section 41.4 - Report and Record Retention(a) The license or permit holder must keep all records required by the Alcoholic Beverage Code or by rule and an exact copy of each report required by this chapter for a period of at least two years, unless a different period is specified in the Alcoholic Beverage Code or in another rule.(b) The license or permit holder must keep all records and reports available for inspection by the commission or its authorized representatives during reasonable office hours.16 Tex.
