Section 33.6 - Financial Interest

For the purposes of Alcoholic Beverage Code, § RSA 102.06, "a person who has a financial interest in a package store permit or wine only package store permit" shall mean one who holds an ownership interest in the business, or assets thereof, of a package store or wine only package store permittee. This rule shall not be construed as authorizing any unfair trade practice or discrimination in violation of the tied-house provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
