Section 13.181 - Applicability(a) This subchapter applies to the design, construction, installation, and operation of a residential fueling facility as defined in §RSA 13.2 of this title (relating to Definitions).(b) The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all residential refueling installations.16 Tex.
