Section 11.203 - Duration of Liability

Liability under the bond shall be for the duration of surface mining and reclamation operations and for a period coincident with the operator's responsibility pursuant to §§ RSA 11.181-RSA 11.182 of this title (relating to Surface Mine Closing, and Surface Mine Release).
