Section 121.12 - Disbursement of Funds
(a) Disbursement of funds shall not occur until the Applicant has paid all financial obligations incurred to the State of Texas, and the Office of the Governor has completed and approved a final compliance review.
(b) In the event of unpaid financial obligations to the State of Texas, the Office of the Governor shall determine whether or not to withhold grant disbursement, pending resolution of the unpaid financial obligation.
