Section 97.1 - Registration of Business Opportunities

The materials required to be filed with the secretary of state by § RSA 51.051, Business and Commerce Code (hereinafter "Business Opportunity Act") shall be referred to in this title as the "registration." The secretary of state will not accept a registration for filing unless, in addition to meeting the requirements of §51.051, the registration is accompanied by the applicable fee as set forth in § RSA 97.21 of this title (relating to Fees).
