Section 366.607 - Legal Basis

MTFCY finds its legal authority in the following statutes:

(1)RSA 1396d(w);

(2)RSA 1396a(10)(A)(ii)(XVII);

(3) Texas Human Resources Code § RSA 32.0247; and

(4) the Foster Care Independence Act of 1999 (RSA 677).
