Section 252.4 - Charges for Open Records Requests

In accordance with Government Code § RSA 552.262, the Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Office of the Attorney General in 1 Texas Administrative Code §§ RSA 70.1- RSA 70.12, relating to the Cost of Copies of Public Information.
