Section 213.15 - Functional Performance Criteria

Effective April 18, 2020, unless an exception is approved by the agency head or an exemption has been made for specific technologies pursuant to § RSA 213.17 of this chapter, all EIR developed, procured, or changed by a state agency shall comply with the standards described in this subchapter. To the extent that an EIR does not comply with the requirements of 1 Texas Administrative Code §§ RSA 213.10- RSA 213.13 that are applicable to that EIR, the noncompliant features of that EIR shall conform to the standards referenced in Section 508 Appendix C, Chapter 3, § 302 Functional Performance Criteria.
