Section 4.35 - Application for Funds(a) The Commission shall develop a formal application form to be included in the formal application process to assist in the evaluation of the grant submission. The application may require certain attachments and certifications.(b) At a minimum, the application for grant funds will include: (1) A detailed overview of the project and the use of the funds;(2) An overview of the Department of Defense action that qualifies the local governmental entity to apply for the grant program;(3) An impact statement detailing the adverse, positive, or proposed effect of the relevant Department of Defense action on the local governmental entity;(4) Information on the community's efforts to secure other funding sources; and(5) A detailed financial plan for the project.1 Tex.
