Section 1680-10-01-.03 - ADOPTION OF MANUAL FOR CONSTRUCTING DRIVEWAY ENTRANCES ON STATE HIGHWAYS(1) The Tennessee Department of Transportation, Manual for Constructing Driveway Entrances on State Highways, 2015 Edition, set forth in Rule1680-10-01, Appendix, is hereby adopted in its entirety and incorporated herein by reference.(2) It is the intent of the Department to amend these rules as necessary to adopt future revisions of the Manual for Constructing Driveway Entrances on State Highways as may hereafter be approved.Tenn.
