Section 1680-08-03-.05 - ELIGIBILITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM(1) Participants in the CMDP will consist of those Certified Small Businesses that have obtained a needs assessment by the Department (if the Department chooses to conduct such assessment) and have been admitted to the program.
